CARL'S CUSTOM MEATS

 

CARL'S CUSTOM MEATS processes all of Lazy 5S Cattle Company's custom slaughter beef. 

Domestic Beef Cutting

Carl's Custom Meats (CCM) will hang your beef 14 Days and most months will dedicate a single day to cut L5S Cattle Co.'s Beef.  This allows that our customers can rest assured they are getting what they ordered. We sell beef by 1/4, 1/2, and whole. This allows for select cut sheets for each 1/2 and full beef, all 1/4 beef orders are cut to the CCM Standard parameters. 

Standard Cut Sheet

Most customers and almost all first time buyers select a standard cut. this is a great way to start if you are not familiar with the different beef cuts. We advise customers to make notes throughout the year on what they liked and did not like so the next order they can dive into custom cuts and packaging.
